Monk Twink Set for 1-2k budget?

I went through a post from 2012 and cobbled this together. Budget is going to be 1-2k maximum. The information was also unclear, saying Wu's QUivering staff is awesome from level 10 onwards, but it doesn't say what weapon to use in the offhand from 10+ along with the Wu's, and what I should use 1-10.
