He loves it so long as it conforms to his personal notion of respect. Of course, by his own logic, I could claim that he's not showing proper respect to the idea of free speech and justify murdering him on those grounds. Luckily for him, the only people insane enough to believe such an argument also happen to be fundamentalist crazies like himself.
