I am pretty much with thufir on the "I'd rather go somewhere where I can avoid trains, to go out of my way to collect evidence, to get AE groups banned for training".

I may or may not go and find a way to record sessions on my Linux here, but the one thing I do suggest that you server staff could actually do is:

In the limited time that you are on the server, check on problematic hotspots in the game every now and then (such as Chardok), incognito, and if you see bullshit happening, proactively swing that ban hammer.

I think if an AE group is notified of an xp group going in and rejects their request to pull around them, that would qualify for a one week ban or something... Just by introducing the possibility to get banned the very first time you train someone, that might encourage people to play more nicely...
