Just a question on IP exemption.

I just recently ported over to p99 after some nudging from a couple RL friends.

A drunken p99 LAN party is inevitable at some point this summer.

What would be the best route to make sure we can get like 2-3 IP exemptions (even if just temporary, like say for 1 weekend) in a timely matter?

What I mean is, it isn't realistic for us to "plan" our night of being manchildren very far in advance, but would also kinda suck if some time in the middle of the week we decide "Hey, this weekend none of us have shit to do, let's do this!" but find out it might take several weeks to set up.

Or how does the IP exemption thing work? Does it actually _block_ additional connections, or would this be something that we just set up and start playing and legitimize what we're doing with a GM when one shows up?
