Ok, I'm hitting the same wall. I played yesterday and I have installed nothing new.
I have windows 10, Windows Defender, and MBAM installed. New thing that happens: When I try to open EQ my system gives me a black tile saying: "Press Win + Alt + R" to take a screenshot. It's never done that before. This tiles sits right over the error message about not using a debugger... Any Ideas? Edit: That black tile is from windows' new "Game Bar". I have gone into the registry and completely disabled it. Still getting a debugger error.
