Phase Puma

Was near PoG portal in WL and noticed 3 even con mobs called a Phase Puma on track. Never saw them before and tracked them down. Checked the wiki and it says they are PoG mobs. Not sure if its part of a quest but can find no info anywhere about them being in WL.
