It's been over 5 years, but I think I may start up on P99 again. In my senility I must read my own guide to get my bearings!
Kudos to everyone who has offered corrections and suggestions in the comments. I was never an elite player and always found more to learn, so I'm certain there is much room for improvement. I may update it some in the future as I get my sea legs. Thanks again for the contributions and feedback! I hope this thread may have helped some folks over the years.
