I literally just bought pants 10 mins ago. I have the quest items for them but the fkn NPC is bugged until next patch [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] And I am a gnome warrior, not halfling, so I can still use the free small bracers unless you have some kind of freaky hairy-footed hobbit fetish
