NPC Spawn Issue: Dark Deathsinger in Innothule incorrect class.

Dark Deathsinger was a bard on live. He wouldn't sing any bard songs, just do halfass melee like all the NPC bards in 1999 because Verant wasn't able to have NPC's use bard songs.

On P1999, he is a Shadow Knight who will harmtouch and cast engulfing darkness. He is still on bard faction, but the wrong class.

Additionally, if you can take the bard ability to cast, that's be swell, but I understand keeping it in for balance reasons. On Live, a lot of evil races killed bards because of they were so easy with the weak melee and no casting.
