Default Brusco's Boastful Bellow.

I posted on this in another thread but before I could respond to a couple of the replies, the thread got closed so I'm starting this thread. I hope I'm not gonna get in trouble for this.

The Brusco's Boastful Bellow song that Bards get at lvl 12 now has a 30 second cooldown after last weekends changes. I understand that sometime in 2007 this happened on EQ Live but as far as "Classic Everquest" this song had no recast delay.

Here's a few screenshots I found from Classic EQ. The properties on these files say they were created on Dec 5th, 2000 and one in Jan, 2002. In these shots you can see that the Bellow Song is being cast repeatedly.

Someone asked in the other thread if it now interrupted casters. I do not know. Then it was asked if BBB now Stuns. It does not seem to. The only one getting stunned is my bard because I can't recast it immediately again. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

In the other thread I posted links showing that in the old days, there was no recast time. Lucy.Alkabor shows:

And The Wayback Machine of EQDiva from August 11th 2002:

I'm just curious if this was intentional and if it's going to remain this way since the 30 sec delay is more of a Modern EQ thing than a Classic EQ thing?

Thanks.
