• Nilbog: 'Divine Might' ground spawn timers decreased.
• Nilbog: 'Gnome Take' quest works better.
• Nilbog: Guardian Kozzalym has an fte message and doesn't always spawn in the same location.
• Telin: Hefax_Tinmar and Mogan Delfin will now attack enemy npcs during their guard post.
• Telin: Qeynos guards will now attack decaying skeletons again.
• Telin: Updated faction hits for Barma Dunfire, Lylanthian, Danaria Hollin
• Telin: Corrected faction adjustments for Merona's Brother quest.
• Telin: The Prophet in Crushbone now drops his loot more often.
