Thanks for the answer but to be a bit more clear in what I'm asking - Those who completed all 16 but received the reward for 'formally complete' before the tier 5 loot was reduced, are they going to be switched to the normal loot that was distributed for completing all 16?
I can not load items, and I was under the impression that the proper loot table was used depending on the time. We have time stamps of the turn ins, etc. As I've said before if you think it's wrong, make a forum petition as nearly anything with items needs to go through the forums for a paper trail.

I had no option to roll, at all. And I didn't mean they knew about it before the event, but (it's my understanding so I could be incorrect here) that they knew about it long before the announcement. And it would not be silly to hold off on the announcement while they gather data on those turning in to see if there is something they could improve on for next time in regards to a turn-in.
If you were online, you got to roll. If you were not, a roll was made for you. I have no idea where you got the notion the issue was known beforehand. I've said a number of times, it was noticed moments before the message, and soon as I pulled up the code I saw how it happened. There was no holding off on the announcement. The bug was clear, and simply an oops. Due to the nature of the code, we couldn't really fix it live, so the message was broadcast and seemed to mitigate things.
