Homeopathy is often confused with 'natural medicine' i.e foods and plants with medicinal qualities that the drug companies havent weaponized yet. I believe the FDA and big pharma are directly responsible for this misunderstanding of the terms. Homeopathy was created by a guy named Hahnemann. He would collect dew from various plants, believing that each plant vibrated at a different frequency, and those subtle vibrations were transferred to the dew that accumulated on the plants. He would bottle it and sell it as medicine, believing that each different frequency had it's own medicinal value.
Natural medicine is eating elderberries to boost your immune system, drinking willow bark tea for a headache, or eating raw garlic to combat a cold ect. Pharmaceutical companies aren't making money off of people who are knowledgeable in this way, so they sent out shills to misinform the plebs and skew the definitions of the two terms. Now what you have, are an army of vaccine injured millenials believing that valerian root is hocus pocus homeopathy, and who will go to the doctor for a prescription for the smallest little thing.
Yes and no. I've had people tell me some shit that they wouldn't have been able to know using tarot cards, though I think to some degree we just like finding patterns where none really exist.

Valerian root is not homeopathy. Nobody thinks natural medicine is homeopathy except really dumb people not worth talking about.
Homeopathy by definition is pure water with a very low probability of containing even a single molecule of active ingredient; a plant cannot be homeopathy, only a solution of water can.
Naturopathy at least has a mechanism of action, and i'm sure is actually useful for some rare cases of disease for pharmacological reasons we haven't yet picked out. too bad if a particular substance actually is especially effective it would be worth enough money to big bad big pharma to isolate and sell in a pill. Naturopathy is for numb diggers.
