Spells: Why isn't 60 wolf form BLACK?

Hello Developers, I humbly come before you and beseech thee. Why oh WHY isn't level 60 wolf form black like its supposed to be? Back in classic kunark days i remember druids becoming black wolves and if you became a black wolf it meant you "made it" as a druid. This has bothered me for a long time and I think its long overdue. Can we please have Form of the Hunter be black like its supposed to be in the next patch, pretty please?
