Wasn't sure if this should be placed under spells since the spell is strengthen or game effects since the spell is cast by an item.

Item: Initiate Symbol of Brell Serilis
Effect: Strenghten (must equip. Casting Time: 4.0)

This item is the result of a quest Bronlor Lightblade in South Kaladim. The spell casts normally once the item is clicked, places the spell Strengthen on the target for 27 minutes, and raises the targets strength by 10. After about 25 seconds the +10 strength effect runs out and the target returns to its normal strength rating, but the spell icon remains in the effects window with appropriate amount of time left on it. Zoning partially resets the buff granting +5 strength for the remainder of the spells duration.
