UI Errors after patching

To make sure I copied each file one at a time to their respective directories.. still same errors.
Any hint on the files I should be looking at that have changed? Could the resolution I am using be the issue?

I don't see the file Achievement_unlock_color.tga in any Everquest Directory.. am I missing files or is the XML bad?
