Returning to P99, cannot login

Downloaded p99 a year or so ago - all was hunky dory.

Built a new computer and had a kid while I was at it (2boxing IRL, hah) - lost p99 install, but didn't matter b/c of <kid_001>

Fast forward 4 months to now. I've reinstalled p99, followed the setup guide and all seems to be loading correcting, however, I cannot log into the game.

I'm certain I'm using the same Station Username and Password as before (it's the same for just about everything, since 12 years ago.)

Wondering if accounts automatically time out or something if not played within X amount of time?

Also open to suggestions on how/where to post to fix the issue.
