Task bar hiding (windows 10)

I use windows 10 and I use 3 of the virtual desktops - one has EQ only, another has Excel only, and the last has everything else. When I play P99 (I play windowed) the task bar hides just fine on the EQ desktop b/c I have it set to auto-hide, but in the other 2 desktops it can't get it to come back up by moving my mouse to the bottom of the screen like it should. Oddly enough on the desktop EQ is on if I move my mouse to the bottom the task bar comes up but it is behind the EQ window so I can't see it. In order to get the task bar up I use the windows button on my keyboard and I can then get it to auto-hide normally by clicking on it but if I go back to EQ it resets and I'd have to do that again so it's not a solution.

Any thoughts? Win10 /sigh
