IP Exception Requests.

I have already submitted one - was just curious what the turn around time "typically" is? I had my wife play my Paladin in Crushbone while I was taking care of the dogs - and it itched that scratch when she used to play. So I submitted the exception... but hoping it gets approved before she loses interest. She played her character to level 6, but hates just soloing.
