I feel sorry for all you poor schmucks with girlfriends that can't put 5 ingredients together and slide it into an oven.

I put on a lot of weight during this time, but I decided to make 3 pan pizzas one month. The first pizza I ever tried to make from scratch was a semi-edible exercise in artistic licence which taught me the difference between whole wheat and AP flour. The second pizza was absolutely perfect with crispy edges and chicken fajita toppings. It was basically the best thing ever. I'd say the experience taught me a great deal about cooking and life in general, but I honestly forgot it ever happened. But yes, pizza corps are fucking you over hard. Bag of flour, some activated yeast, sugar, tomato sauce, cheese. Very cheap and you can make enough pizzas to consider a gym membership with a 20 dollar investment.
