there was a really awesome halloween scavenger hunt like uh 2 years ago? it was a apparently a ton of work, I liked it. However maybe no one wants to do that much work again.
in 2001, GMs just made the rules up as they want, so, a ramshackle player run tournament would be fitting.
live GMs had an actual GM client with actual event tools tho
