Lost 2 1/2 months of my SUMMER, years ago (junior high or highschool) because parts kept fucking breaking and alienware tech support kept having me send pieces in to determine if they were the cause, one by one, instead of sending the whole fucking machine.

Wish they would've just taken it for a month and fixed it instead of forcing me to go out into the dreaded sun, hssssss /covers face
