Need some help

I log can log on but when I get to char creation screen I see the char
but nothing else to create the char.
I also can not get to full screen... maybe something im doing incorrectly with
setup .. not sure... any thoughts?

I have audio..just says Newbie (1 warrior) south Queynos... nothing else I can do from here.

Went to options and added all that ..still no luck thought that was maybe the issue...but still has not loaded any way for me to create a char

Well atleast by using the arrow keys I can throw kicks... ect.. obviously im doing something wrong .. ill keep messing with it unless anyone has any possible solutions which would be much appreciated.
