I have this error of "Your Spell files are outdated"

I can't login into my character because the Spell Files are outdated.

How and why is it outdated? And I just Googled to check if people have already encountered this issue and any fixes of it and all the threads I saw show little to no success on fixing it, even when they were doing it right.

I knew it was too good to be true that I finally got this game running, and suddenly I run into this issue that prevents me from playing at all.

Sigh. And I just made an account here.
