Question about xp requirements

Can anyone tell me what the values are for $I$1 and $L$1 are in this spreadsheet?: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...usE/edit#gid=0

I'm trying to figure out how they came up with the base xp needed at level 1 and I don't see those values anywhere in the sheet.
