Missing Spell files & download links down

After installing Duxa's all in one I get the message saying spell files are outdated. It says to get the files from the getting started post on the site,well I see no such place to download in the getting started guide so I went searching and found #7 in the tech discussion FAQ but both of the links provided give me a "Not found" page. So where the heck am I supposed to get this file from please? I'm following all the instructions I can see provided and coming up empty.
