Game Mechanics: Looms Should Not Exist until [June 2001] era

Looms are not classic; I just ran to the Kelethin loom at #3 on the map and it appears to operate. Hopefully the object can be completely removed or at least disabled?

You are correct that looms are not originally classic, but not sure if it was ever patched in.
