Does the Guise help a bertox loving human necro in the Overthere with faction?

I remember even in skelly illusion my human innoruk loving necro had issues. Want to go Bertox for starting zone this time around.

If I get a guise will it help me with faction? I died a few times trying to bank before. Just curious if I should add it to my list of items to get.
