Merchants: Alchemy Ingrediant Mercury not on Vendors

The ingrediant Mercury for alchemy isn't on any of the four herb vendors in Grobb/Oggok.

Page 206 of Prima's EQ guide has a list of alchemy recipies, and Mercury is listed in one of the potion combines.

This post from 2000 on EQ Traders corner lists Mercury as an ingredient that can be bought from Garakabar
