Bard dots after patch

Currently having issues with dots after patch [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] being a lvl 42 bard... tuyen's chant should do 46 dmg with drum,and now does 30 or real dmg.
Sometimes one and sometimes the other...
asking other bards atm if they have same problem...
