how did the dev's not realize this on day 1

they removed them from red way too late at the time of server launch. Quit a few people exploited them much earlier than 40 and were power lvling way ahead of the curve.

How is item recharging even classic? Its disabled on red why is it not on blue?

Project Tanked if people were actually woke to the exploit being used here.

Just to be perfectly clear here:
This is an intentionally left in "classic" mechanic that is being exploited, not to be confused with an 'exploit' in terms of abusing a bug that is not intentional.
