Some items in real classic could be only be recharged with 1 use regardless of ow many uses it normally has. I wouldn't doubt this was one of them.
I know when they nerfed pummice stones my SK on rallos was trying to find a way to get more use out of the golem metal wands but they would recharge at 1 use instead of 5. | ||
