Error 1707 - crashing on specific zone?

hello!

I am having a weird issue, tested both on green and teal. When I zone into felwithe, the game freezes and im forced to close. Other zones are fine that i can tell with my level 2, but it's kind of annoying. I cant log back in after to green or teal after with both toons stuck zoning into felwithe.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

- yes i did re-install (2x) and install patches/duxa ui fix etc each time, no bueno.
-also just went onto blue, created a high elf, zone FROM Felwithe to Gfay and same thing, crashed and 1707 error.
