I think instead of coming up with conjecture, we should look at the facts.

What sort of misconduct has Pamila actually committed?

I see nothing that says that Pamila did not aid in killing the mob - actually all evidence says that Pamila did help kill the mob.

Fraud is defined as falsely representing one's intentions to make a gain at another's expense.

I don't see any evidence of Pamila promising the OP anything.

I see no evidence from OP stating that the group agreed to rolling for any loot.
