Default What Expansions Would You Dump or Include?

I would go with the following:

INCLUDE The Ruins of Kunark
INCLUDE The Scars of Velious
DUMP The Shadows of Luclin
DUMP The Planes of Power
INCLUDE The Legacy of Ykesha (Minus the Invasion of Grobb, so the version when frogloks start in Rathe Mtns)
INCLUDE Lost Dungeons of Norrath (Scaled to run from levels 20 through 60)
DUMP Gates of Discord
DUMP Omens of War
DUMP Dragons of Norrath
DUMP Depths of Darkhollow
DUMP Prophecy of Ro
DUMP The Serpent's Spine
DUMP The Buried Sea
DUMP Secrets of Faydwer
DUMP Seeds of Destruction
DUMP Underfoot
DUMP House of Thule
DUMP Veil of Alaris
DUMP Rain of Fear
DUMP Call of the Forsaken
DUMP The Darkened Sea
DUMP The Broken Mirror
DUMP Empires of Kunark
DUMP Ring of Scale
DUMP The Burning Lands
DUMP Torment of Velious

I would release them in this order:

The Ruins of Kunark
The Scars of Velious
Lost Dungeons of Norrath
The Legacy of Ykesha

That way the level cap would be raised to 65 at the very end, and transportation would mainly be limited to classic style options such as Wizard/Druid ports, boats, and running on foot. Drogmor mounts would become available at the very end of the expansion curve, and the Lost Dungeons of Norrath zones would scale up to 65 for adventurers as needed.

Adding two additional expansions to the expansion curve would extend the lifetime of the game, and breathe some new life into old servers at least for a while. And the odious Planes of Power and Shadows of Luclin expansions could be avoided entirely.
