Anyone that actually knows is never going to tell you. You'll generally get nothing, and at best you'll get vague information that you won't very particularly useful. People want to keep information closely guarded so they can limit the number of items entering the market and keep prices jacked up. The same happened on Blue.

Why share your hours of research figuring out spawn mechanics with strangers unwilling to put in the same amount of effort themselves?

I tried to figure out Stonebrunt Ancients and just couldn't, nothing but props to those weirdo druids on Blue that did and aren't talking.
