We should create an arbitration board that would settle agreements that cant otherwise be settled. An ideal solution settles agreements between players and guilds and not guides. It would also benefit everyone to know the outcomes of such arbitration and the logic, so we could all better learn the rules. Many rules can be hard to find/unwritten or up to interpretation. At the end of the day anything we could do to not pester and involve the staff would be ideal, and i am sure we would all prefer the outcomes as a whole.
