Mobs healing through walls in Siren's Grotto

I have been charming the animals by the WW zoneline for weeks. The only time a mob was healed (CH) was when it was pushed into the wall towards the South. Now, no matter where I have the mobs fight they are either healed by the Molkor's in the main area south, or the Sirens below to the north.

I would think this happened since the last patch, as today was the first time I came back to SG.
