WinEQ Window Stuck?

Hey... trying to trouble shoot WinEQ. I somehow found myself with my window stuck in the top left of my monitor and cannot find a solution on how to move it.
This means I cannot grab a top bar of the Window to move it.

At the same time my LaunchTitanium.bat doesn't read the EQClient.ini file for the size of the window screen resolution I am looking for, rather than giving me 2050x1180 its the default 800x600 size, but the UI resolution is still small.

Needless to say I am perplexed. Any suggestions?
