Guilds that clear wToV regularly?

Ahoy! While I don't have the time to be a hardcore bat phone raider, I do hope to one day earn West ToV armor for my shammy. Maybe that'll be impossible, but I'm wondering if there are any guilds on Blue that have regularly scheduled/weekly wToV clears?
