Have you ever been in a top end raiding guild? No loot system is ever perfect (someone's always going to be bitching about something) but why should a guild invest on someone that may or may not pan out after their trials? Applicants are the ones that needs to prove they belong, not the other way around. This sense of entitlement the moment you receive a guildtag is just ridiculous.
It's easy to find players that are highly active, skilled in their class, or don't have an attitude problem. It's a lot harder to find players that have all of those 3 things (which is what IB is trying to get). Most average players have 2 of those 3 qualities and in your case you can't even measure up to that. In short we've kicked better applicants for far less, so just move on and find the right guild for yourself.
