I think the spirit of the lists was mainly for legacy items that stop dropping, so I'd expect the same criteria to apply for kunark items. However they did turn summon corpse into a list camp based on emergent player behavior so who the hell knows. I don't see there just being lists for every highly sought after item period, that seems antithetical to the core principles of the whole project
