Iksar faction?

I spent a week getting the exact point values for every race class and deity modifier for all of the iksar factions. Factions themselves as written into PEQ had a couple of major bugs. An Innoruuk worshipping dark elf will be at a total of -2000 faction. The max gain or loss before caps is 2000. You'll be limited to indifferent until velious, and you'll only be able to push it over into amiable with a charge of an ornate velium pendant.
