I was at the supermarket, browsing through the kitchen equipment.

I saw a balance and that is when I realised:

Scales!

Common to one race and one class: iksar bard. One scaly skald!

Naturally this combo would have one deity choice The Tribunal, Norrath’s Scales of Justice.
