WTB Low-Level/Cheap Shaman Gear

While Flintkit and Toxigen were super awesome in donating some great starting gear, I am trying to fill out my empty slots now that I am about to hit 19. To that end, I am looking to fill the following slots:

Arms
Back
Bracer 2x
Legs

Also, while I do have WIS rings, I am looking to get those sweet 5AC/55hp rings to increase total HP pool.

My budget is rather limited (can't spend more than 50-100p on any one item). Please shoot me a message or /tell Skotch ingame.
