Make Sontalak a Weekly Serverwide Event

So as anyone who's raided much on blue knows, killing Sontalak on P99 really sucks. The rewards don't match up to the expense at all. Yet for not only Riot/Vanq/Kittens, but any guild who does anything organized in ToV it is advantageous to have him out of the way.

During recent draft weeks Sont was the one serverwide event that seemed to be less hindered by the lag of 300 people, and is enough of a chaotic zerg fiesta that it presents less of a headache for anyone trying to organize an open raid. The loot is nothing that most serious raiders care much about losing, other than the slight chance of an ST key, and for more casual players its a roll for a possible payday, unusual item, or even that free ST key.

In order to promote greater server unity and have a weekly fun/funny event that is inclusive of all higher level players, we should agree to kill Sontalak every week in an open server event. Maybe like primetime the day before seven day windows start up would be appropriate.
