bikes are geat, really feel good on joints and u will still be able to sprint when you need/want to easily improve ur sprints by training on a bike if u want
take it from an obsolete ex military drone who had to bike after an accident, shaved 2 mins off my runtime

I always felt like bicycles actually build my leg muscles up.. like your thighs feel so tense when you get done.. I never really get that same feeling from running..
