Consider making Donal's unclassicly nerfed like hoops were. It should not go into Velious in any version other than the final one. The number of Donal's on this server as compared to live servers at Velious release poses a huge balance problem for many Velious mobs where CH Chains and the depths of your clerics mana pool becomes much more important.
In short, letting Donals go into Velious without the blocker buff, would trivialize a huge number of mobs for the guilds with 10+ Donal's Clerics.

This is apparently what happened, as day 1 of Green Velious has the nerfed 30 second cast time AND buff icon.
