Default Wizard/Druid HoT helm should be droppable!
Wizard and Druid velious Hall of Testing helm should be droppable on p99!

"its dropable, and yes it is Kael Quest.. Silk cap + 3 gems in kael = circlet of the invoker.. kinda odd becuase all of the other Kael/SS Quests are no drop.. probally an error on verants part"
