People are not bringing up their criminal histories to suggest they deserved to be killed, it is to highlight the absurd crocodile tears being shed for these "victims", in a transparent, politically-motivated way. Past behavior also informs how present information is interpreted, especially in a jury trial. It's perfectly relevant.
If only Rosenbaum hadn't attacked and threatened to murder Kyle, he might have lived to go on and rape five more kids. Like, seriously how is ANYONE on the wrong side of this still??
